Brendan Quirk
USA Cycling
CEO & PRESIDENT
Brendan Quirk first raced a bike in 1986 and has been a USA Cycling member ever since. He's raced at every age level -- Junior, Collegiate, Elite, and Masters. His passion for the sport pulled him into the cycling industry in the mid-'90s and led him to start
Competitive Cyclist in 2000, serving as CEO while turning it into North America's largest e-commerce cycling business.
He later served as Executive Vice President for Backcountry.com, then President of North America for Rapha. In 2018 he went to work as the Cycling Program Director for the Runway Group, where he helped efforts to transform Northwest Arkansas into one of America's foremost cycling destinations.
His experience in race promotion spans local events as well as international ones. He created the Ronde van Burns -- a longstanding, weeknight summer criterium series in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He also served on the organizing committee of the 2022 UCI Cyclocross World Championships.
Brendan divides his time between Little Rock and Colorado Springs. He has three children, two dogs, and nine bikes.
Jade Stevens
40 Acre Conservation League
BOARD PRESIDENT
Jade Stevens is the President and Co-Founder of the 40 Acre Conservation League, California's first Black-led land conservancy. Under Stevens’ leadership, the League has successfully secured its first land acquisition of 650 acres in Northern California, a significant step toward preserving natural spaces and promoting equitable land Stewardship.
A seasoned expert in fundraising and community outreach, Stevens has developed impactful strategies to engage diverse communities, raise critical funds, and advance the League’s mission. With a professional background in multicultural marketing and public affairs, Stevens’ bridges the gap between environmental advocacy and inclusive engagement, ensuring that the League’s work resonates with a broad audience. As a passionate land enthusiast, Stevens is dedicated to protecting natural resources and empowering underrepresented communities to play an active role in conservation.
Beyond conservation, Stevens is an accomplished cyclist, including the current two-time state champion in the women’s Category 3 and Masters categories. Throughout her racing career, Stevens has secured multiple first-place finishes, including a victory at Tulsa Tough’s Arts District Criterium, and earned a top 10 finish at Gateway Cup.
Ken Lousberg
SRAM LLC
CEO
Ken Lousberg is the Chief Executive Officer of SRAM LLC, a leading designer and manufacturer of high-end bicycle components with headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, and major global locations in Taichung, Taiwan; Schweinfurt, Germany; Coimbra, Portugal; Nijkerk, Netherlands; and multiple sites in the USA. SRAM was founded in 1987 and remains a privately-held company today. In 2019, Ken was appointed the first outside CEO for SRAM, as Stan Day retired and became Chairman of the Board.
Prior to becoming CEO, Ken served as the Chief Operating Officer of SRAM. Prior to joining SRAM, Ken was the President of Terex Cranes and an Officer of Terex Corporation, a US listed & publicly traded company. While at Terex, Ken and his family lived in Germany, China, and Switzerland, prior to returning to the US for SRAM.
Ken is recognized as a humble, people based, and persuasive leader, who drives results through execution and appropriate urgency. He utilizes a strategic mindset that focuses on simplification over complexity, execution over presentation, and decisions over rhetoric.
Ken graduated from Colorado State University with a Mechanical Engineering degree and obtained his MBA from the University of Colorado. Ken and his wife Kerry have 3 boys and all love to ride bikes and do all things outdoors together.
Ayesha McGowan

FOUNDER & FORMER UCI WORLD TOUR CYCLIST
Ayesha McGowan (she/they) made history as the first African-American woman to become a professional road cyclist. After three years racing on the UCI Women’s World Tour with Liv Racing TeqFind in Europe, Ayesha is entering a new chapter focused on enjoying biking, running, and leading as the visionary behind Thee Abundance Project, a program dedicated to increasing the representation of Women of Color in road racing.
Ayesha is deeply passionate about creating visibility and opportunities for African-American women and youth in cycling, aiming to inspire others to pursue their dreams—whether that be on or off the bike. Her commitment to inclusion aligns with All Clubs LA’s mission to build a sustainable and inclusive future for the cycling community, a central theme of the upcoming ACLA Gala. Through her advocacy, Ayesha continues to pave the way for more diverse and equitable participation in the sport.
Mikael Pyles

Mikáel Pyles, hailing from Southern California, is a distinguished graduate of Clark Atlanta University, where he earned a degree in International Business and Supply Chain Management. An inaugural recipient of the 40 Under 40 Achievement Award, he began his career at Target Corporation, managing a $400 million portfolio and receiving multiple merchandising awards. After relocating to New York City, he excelled as a sales trainer for The Container Store, representing the company at its IPO bell-ringing in 2013. In 2015, Mikáel transitioned to real estate with Cooper & Cooper, quickly becoming a top producer and achieving Senior Associate status. He co-founded QuikLiq in 2018, a tech startup featured in several publications, including Black Enterprise and Essence. Outside of work, Mikáel is dedicated to mentoring youth, enjoys traveling, and is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., living by the creed of encouraging honorable achievements.

For radio personality, host and tastemaker Gray Rizzy, the music always comes first. Long before Rick Gray became one of the cornerstones of programming on SiriusXM’s Hip Hop Nation and Eminem’s Shade 45, he embedded himself at the intersection of hip-hop, R&B and jazz in his hometown of the South Bronx. Living in NYC presented Gray endless opportunities within the culture and along the way he was selected to join a live hip hop program on SiriusXM.
Carving out his own lane, He created the “First Play Special” now known as “Album Snapshot” on Shade 45 where artists come to exclusively walk Gray through a new project to describe how it was created for the listeners. Gray Rizzy leading that special brought star power to the channel with exclusive and intimate interviews for the listeners from their favorite artists and increased the listenership during the time slot.
This success gave Gray Rizzy the opportunity to host his own late night program on Shade 45 called The We Outchea Show which runs Tuesday thru Friday 12am - 3am ET / 9p PT. He is considered essential listening for the culture and also serves as anchor mid-days ET / mornings PT on SiriusXM’s flagship hip hop channel Hip Hop Nation every Monday through Friday 12p to 6p ET / 9a PT.

Kim Ross
Kim Ross is a community builder, Production Manager in live events and entertainment, and business operations consultant.
Her production work has spanned projects for Nike, Reebok, Puma, Viacom, The Obama Administration, Disney, and Universal. Whether she’s producing print shoots for sports brands or executing world-class experiences, Kim’s work has existed at the intersection of brands, talent, and their audiences for almost 15 years.
Kim channels her experiential work as a foundation for authentic community building and community-centered organizational operations. She's created systems infrastructure for clubs and businesses in the cycling industry, enabling them to seamlessly scale their operations.
Kim began riding as a commuter in NYC over 10 years ago. She’s an alumna of the Major Knox Adventures 1928 Legacy Tour and a marathon finisher who enjoys introducing others to the empowering joy of cycling and running.

Anita Butler
Anita Butler (she/her) is the Chief Design Officer at Strava, where she oversees all aspects of the platform's design and innovation, including brand and marketing design, product design, research, and content design. With over 20 years of experience, Anita previously served as Vice President of Product Design at X (formerly Twitter), where she led the design of consumer experiences. Before that, she was the Head of Design for Facebook’s Stories Experience, helping to build and grow the Stories format, gaining deep insights into how people connect and share online.
Throughout her career, Anita has focused on creating prosocial, respectful online communities. Prior to her work in social media, she held key roles at eCommerce companies like Walmart, Hotwire, and Sephora, leading digital marketing, branding, and product design.
As a leader at Strava, Anita continues to elevate the brand while driving innovation across the platform. Her commitment to fostering inclusive and engaging communities online aligns with All Clubs LA’s mission of building a sustainable and inclusive future in cycling, which will be a central focus of the upcoming ACLA Gala. Anita’s vision and expertise contribute to this shared goal of creating spaces where everyone feels welcome and empowered.

Dr. Marlon Lee Moncrieffe
Dr. Marlon Lee Moncrieffe is a former road and time-trial racing cyclist, and a multiple British, European, and World Championship track sprint medalist. He holds a Doctorate in Education and Sport. Dr. Moncrieffe's debut cycling book, Desire, Discrimination, Determination - Black Champions in Cycling (Rapha Editions), was long listed for the 2021 William Hill Sports Book of the Year and won the 2022 Sunday Times Cycling Book of the Year award. His upcoming book, New Black Cyclones (Bloomsbury Press), will be published in November 2024.
As a passionate advocate for inclusion in cycling, Dr. Moncrieffe supports All Clubs LA’s vision of building a sustainable and inclusive future for the sport, which will be a key focus at the ACLA Gala. His work continues to inspire positive change and celebrate the rich history and contributions of Black athletes in cycling.

Rahsaan Bahati
Rahsaan Bahati (10X US Champion Pro Cyclist) is a celebrated professional cyclist, devoted father, and advocate for underrepresented youth. Hailing from Compton, California, Rahsaan discovered Velodrome cycling at 11 and went on to become a 10-time US National Champion. Specializing in criterium and track cycling, he has earned recognition as one of the fastest sprinters in the US. Notable teams he has raced for include Rock Racing and TIAA-Cref Pro Cycling, and he has competed internationally as a member of the USA National Team.
In addition to his racing achievements, Rahsaan founded the Bahati Foundation which aims to create cycling opportunities for underserved youth in hopes of introducing more of them to the power of the bicycle. In addition, he is co-founder of the Methods To Winning Elite Cycling Team LLC (MTW) in Los Angeles to still feed his cycling competitive spirit.
His contributions extend beyond cycling; Rahsaan has been recognized with numerous awards, including a dedication award at the El Tour de Tucson and the key to the city of Anniston, Alabama. He has been featured in prominent publications and currently hosts "Cycling the Heartland - Southern California" on the Global Cycling Network. Rahsaan is also the subject of the series "Bahati: Out of Compton," highlighting his mentorship journey.
An Indiana University alumnus, Rahsaan studied computer animation and telecommunications, while also pursuing his passion for music as a member of the IU Soul Revue funk band. He proudly serves as an ambassador for Giant Bicycles USA.

Justin Williams
Justin Williams was born and raised in South Central Los Angeles. The Belizean-American cycling sensation started racing at age 13, following in the path of his father Calman Williams. Criterium racing was his first love and remains his favorite cycling discipline.
With his brother Cory, Justin co-founded the L39ION of Los Angeles team in 2019. Justin anchors the team’s seven-rider USA Cycling Domestic Elite squad, which includes 2021 USA Cycling Olympics Long Team racer Kendall Ryan; Cory anchors the team’s new 10-rider UCI Continental team, established in December 2020.
L39ION of Los Angeles’ goals are to diversify American and global cycling by supporting and developing riders of color, growing the Criterium racing scene, and developing a professional Crit racing league. Justin Williams’ career started in track racing with key wins in the USA Cycling Junior Track National Championships from 2006-2008. He also competed on the professional road racing circuit in Europe from 2007-2010. After a break from the sport, he returned to pro racing in 2016 and ended up winning 16 races in his first season back. He won back-to-back National Amateur Criterion championships in 2018 and 2019.
